“Renovated” is the most abused word in real estate. Paint and new cabinet handles is not a renovation. Here’s what we mean when we say it.
Our standard scope
- Systems first: electrical heavy-ups, plumbing, HVAC — permitted and inspected. Our recent Baltimore projects got full electrical upgrades with city inspection cards to prove it.
- Kitchens and baths: new cabinets, counters, tile, and fixtures — the rooms that decide whether a home rents or sells
- Floors: refinished original hardwood where we can save it, quality LVP where we can’t
- The boring stuff that matters: roofs, windows, insulation, code compliance, rental licensing
If you’re a buyer or renter, this means no surprises after move-in. If you’re a seller, it explains how we can buy houses in any condition — we have the crews and systems to fix anything. And if you’re a contractor who works to this standard, we should talk.
