  • Current tenants — maintenance and repair scheduling, status updates, and appointment coordination.
  • Our contractors and vendors — job assignments and follow-up on active work orders.
  • People who contacted us first — replies to a question you asked us by phone, text, or through a form on this website.

How you opt in

  • You call or text our business line at 301-982-1002 and ask us to text you; or
  • You submit a form on this website and check the optional SMS consent box; or
  • You provide your mobile number in a signed lease or vendor agreement for operational communication.
